Social Membership
$10 Fee
Not Ukrainian? Not a problem! The Ukrainian League of Philadelphia welcomes people of all heritages (21+) to join our members-only club via a social membership!
Active Membership
$15 Fee
Ukrainians (21+) are welcome and encouraged to become active members of the Ukrainian League of Philadelphia. Join the club and help foster Ukrainian growth and community!
Membership FAQ
No, you do not need to be Ukrainian to become a member of the Ukrainian League. Our Social memberships are open to anyone and have the same access as Active members. However, you must be of Ukrainian descent to be a voting Active member.
Accordion ContentYou must fill out a member application form with 2 active member sponsors and submit it along with membership dues. The Governing Board will then vote on approval and mail your member card to the address provided on your application. Each applicant must conduct themselves honorably and respectfully at all times and comply with all Ukrainian League rules and regulations.
All Ukrainian League members have the right of admission to the building during open hours provided you can identify yourself with a membership card. Active members have the right to participate in all general meetings with the right to vote and to be elected into any office of the organization. Both Social and Active members have the right to all privileges available in this organization such as access to our members-only bar, access to our events, discounted event pricing, and more.
You must be 21 years or older to become a member of the Ukrainian League. People under the age of 21 are allowed to enter the club as long as they have a chaperone over the age of 25. No underage drinking allowed.
Every member can bring up to 3 guests per night. Each guest must be signed in and paid for by the member. Every member must carry their membership card with them to be allowed into the Ukrainian League member’s only club.
Once your application has been approved by the Governing Board, you will receive your member card in the mail at the address you provided. If your application has been rejected, you will be notified by email and can submit a new application after six months. In the event of a second rejection, you may appeal in writing to the membership at the Annual General Meeting.
